Certifications

Certifications are based on projects that demonstrate successful implementation by correctly applying the Six Sigma tools and attaining a significant ROI.  Projects are evaluated by review committees worldwide that verifies correct tool application. Six Sigma Global Registry international certification has three components the qualifies and individual as a certified professional:

    1. Training that includes core topics from an approved body of knowledge required for the desired level through an accredited institution that guarantees the knowledge levels and to what extent an individual can apply theoretical knowledge in practice.
    2. Knowledge Evaluation to determine the expertise on tools application once the training component is completed.
    3. Certification Project as a ‘proof’ of competence and shows that someone has mastered both the theoretical and practical basics required to be a Six Sigma professional while successfully delivering an improvement project.
